  • ½ jicama (or 1 small jicama)
  • 1 carrot (or 2 small carrots)
  • 2 zucchinis
  • Hand full of mint leaves
  • Hand full of sun dried tomato
  • Juice from 1 orange (approximately ¾ cup)
  • 3 Tbsp miso
  • 2 Tbsp sesame tahini
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp all-natural soy sauce (Braggs brand)
  • 1 Tbsp turbinado sugar (raw sugar)
  • 1 tsp fresh chili (hot or mild)
  • 2 Tbsp of water
